We offer express international shipping with the following rates:

Delivery Information

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package using this link: Track My Order.

• Delivery times are up to 7 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country.
• Taxes and duties are included for all USA purchases.
• For destinations outside the USA, taxes and duties are not included in the checkout price. In those cases, the courier will contact you to collect the required fees before delivering your package.

Returns

Return shipping is free for all USA purchases.

All customers enjoy a 30-day return window from the date of arrival.

How to Return My Purchase?

Customers can now submit return requests directly through their order page on our website.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to Your Account on our website.

2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order containing the item you wish to return.

3. Click "Request Return" next to the item.

4. Select the "Reason" for your return and submit the request.

More Details:

• Once your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label by email.

• Please drop off the package at the shipping company listed on the return label.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

• Requests will be answered within 2 business days.

• Please allow up to 30 business days for the full return process (handled by an external service).

Am I Eligible to Return My Order?

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• In original condition – unused, unworn, and unaltered

• With all original tags attached

• Handbags must be returned with the original dust bag

• Footwear must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces and returned in the original shoebox, with dust bags and packaging, inside protective outer packaging

• Personalized or customized items are final sale unless defective

• Promotional gift items cannot be returned

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (if charged)

• Items paid with a gift card will be refunded as a gift card

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

International Returns

If you're located outside the United States, please email us at cs@daniellalehavi.com or use our Contact Us form to request a return authorization.

• You will receive an automatic email with the return address and instructions.

• Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or return shipping costs.

• If we are charged import taxes, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

• Please allow several days for us to process your return. Note that refunds are only issued if the item is returned in perfect condition.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
