Delivery Information

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times are up to 7 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country.
Taxes and duties are included for all USA purchases.
For destinations outside the USA, taxes and duties are not included in the checkout price. In those cases, the courier will contact you to collect the required fees before delivering your package.

Returns

Return shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Sale items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

What happens next?

Submit your return request through the Returns Portal.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Return your item using the prepaid return label provided.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed.

Return requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed

Am I Eligible to Return My Order?

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
Include all original tags
Be returned in their original packaging
Handbags must be returned with the original dust bag
Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox with all dust bags and packaging. Shoes should only be tried on indoors and on carpeted surfaces
Personalized or customized items are final sale unless defective.
Promotional gift items cannot be returned.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the original gift card.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Final Sale includes items marked Final Sale or discounted by 60% or more.
