Standard Shipping:

Your purchase will arrive in approx. 7 business days within the continental United States and the EU.

• Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• Your order will be shipped via FEDEX global shipping.

Returns & Refunds

• Return shipping is free
• If you wish to return an item purchased on the website, please contact us via cs@daniellalehavi.com or in our contact us form. Please provide your full name, contact phone number, and order number. We will send you return instructions.
• A currier will collect the item from your location, and once the item is returned to us, we will contact you to initiate the return process.
• Return times can take up to 30 business days and are not subject to the company's policy. This service is provided by an external company.

Terms & Conditions:

• You can return items that have not been used, are in their original packaging, and include the purchase receipt. The items should be in a bag. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
• Cancellation of a transaction for items purchased on the website is possible within 3 days from the order receipt. Beyond this time, a gift card for redemption on the website or in stores will be provided.
• For a refund, the company will charge a credit card fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
• Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded in the same way they were paid for.
• Items given as gifts in exchange for a promotional benefit cannot be exchanged or returned.
• The shipping cost will not be refunded if it was paid.
• Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
