Once you contact us we will supply you with a USA return address.
For returns within North America We ask that you send your items back to us within one week (7 days) from receiving your shipment for a full refund.
Any return sent back beyond 7 days and up to 30 days from receiving is only eligible for a store credit.
Items beyond 30 days are not eligible for returns.
Item purchased on "SALE" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that when you return an item:
- we ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had had the tags removed.
- any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.
- we suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.
- The products are returned with the original invoice. Products returned without invoice will not be accepted.
