Shipping in ISRAEL
Shipments - You are welcome to choose one of the options:- Courier to the house - arrives to you at the address indicated in the order. Free over 190 NIS, under 190 NIS The shipping cost is 30 NIS.
* Delivery arrives within 6 business days.
-Local pick up- free of charge. The order will be ready for pick up within 4 hours of ordering.
When your order is ready for pick up, the store will contact you.
The pick up will be made from the store you selected when ordering.

1.Exchange through our customer service:
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us on the site, you must contact us by email at email@example.com stating your full name, mobile and your order number. We will contact you for a replacement within 24 hours of receiving your email.
* Replacement for the first time is free of charge, if another replacement is requested - the shipping cost is 30 NIS.

* A product can be exchanged at full price for up to 30 days, from the date of received of the product. A product in the 'SALE' category can be exchanged for up to 14 days from the date of received of the product.
* In the case of special promotions - a partial refund will cancel the promotion benefit.
* In case of exchange of a purchased product with partial points, the points will be redeemed on the replaced product.
* It is possible to replace products that have not been used at all, in the original box and with the purchase invoice attached. The items wrapped in a bag with the return sticker must be handed over (do not stick the sticker on the box or item). You can use the shipping bag or any other bag.
3. Return by courier to the house:
If you would like to return an item purchased from us on the website, you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your full name, mobile and your order number. We will contact you for a refund within 24 hours from the of receiving your email.
We will send you an email with return instructions and as soon as the item returns to us we will call to credit you (takes up to 7 days).
* Return times by the external shipping company are up to 14 business days and do not depend on the company's policy, this service is provided by an external company.

A product in the SALE category can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
* Cancellation of a transaction will be possible in according to the Consumer Protection Law within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order in our office - the determining time is the time of notification to the company.
* Refund for purchases of NIS 290 and below - a credit fee of 5% of the transaction amount will be charged.
* A full price item returned after 3 days and up to 30 days will be replaced with a gift card that can be used in the stores and on the website.
* In the case of returning a product purchased with partial points / gift card, the points or gift card will be returned to the customer's account and will not be accepted with a refund or credit.
* The shipping cost will not be refunded if the shipment was paid.

When purchasing in our stores, we give a refund according to the consumer protection regulations - within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Beyond that, you can return or exchange products for a store credit (within 14 days of purchase or 7 days in SALE).

Your purchase will arrive in approx. 2 weeks, within the continental United States and the EU. Due to COVID-19 international shipping time may be affected.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an Email with your tracking number .

Supplying the Product:
Orders placed on the Website will be delivered to the User through a courier company, within the time frame indicated on the Website at time of the order.
The shipping cost will be indicated at the end of the order process. In the event of the order is paid in installments, payment for the shipment may be fully charged in addition to and at the first payment.
The Company undertakes to prepare the order for shipment within 3 business days (7 business days for a shipping abroad) subject to product availability at the Company. The Company undertakes to prepare the order for shipment in Israel within 7 business days during the periods indicated on the Website as busy and/or as special sales and/or as a “SALE”.
The delivery time to most parts of the country is about 3 days after the order is prepared for shipment. To the extent the address for shipping is located in regions outside the courier company’s distribution area, the customer will be instructed to collect the products from one of the Company's stores. Alternatively, the Company and/or Website will be entitled to condition the supply of the order to remote areas by charging a different shipping cost and/or they will be entitled, at their sole discretion, not to supply the order and to cancel the transaction. In any case the Website and/or the Company will not be liable for a delay in delivering the order by the courier company and/or due to events that are beyond their control and/or due to force majeure.
The provisions of this section are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741- 1981 and regulations thereunder (hereinafter: the “Law”).
In the event of the cancellation of the transaction before the order is shipped to the User, the User will be credited with the full amount, which was paid for the order, including the shipping fee, if paid.
In the event of the transaction was cancelled after the order was shipped, even if it has not yet reached its destination, the cancellation of the transaction will be subject to the following conditions (hereinafter: “Products in Proper Condition”):
The products are returned within 7 days of receiving them;
The products as mentioned above are returned in their original packaging;

The return of the products will in any case be performed only by arranging this in advance with the Company's customer service department.
The proper condition of the products will be determined by the Website and/or the Company at their sole discretion.
In the event that an order and/or product is returned to the Website and/or to the Company in good condition, the User will be given full monetary credit after deducting the shipping cost, if collected. The credit will be given through the credit card, the details of which were given at the time of the order, in accordance with the credit card company's policy.
It is clarified that the Company may deduct the shipping cost even if the User has not paid for shipping for any reason.
The shipping cost of returning the products will in any case apply to the User.
In addition to the shipping cost, the Website and/or Company reserves the right to also deduct from the credit a cancellation fee of 5% of the cost of returned merchandise or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
The User will not receive a monetary credit for merchandise that was shipped to the User and for which she did not pay.
