Return & Refund policy  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our bag. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bag, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

To initiate a return, please follow the inscruction below. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and shipping it back to us.

Please note that you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return to receive a full refund. After 7 days and up to 30 days, we will issue a store credit for the item. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund or store credit within 10 business days.

Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
